Hello Orange County Ready Responder Cohort! Ahead of our next check-in, Wed, 7/1 at 7PM, I wanted to reach out with a question about Emotional Resiliency.
As we know, taking care of yourself is critical in making sure you are there to help others. Not taking care of yourself can lead to not only injuring yourself, but potentially your family, coworkers, and those you are trying to help. Comment on this blog post with a form of self-care that has been useful to you when you have been a volunteer in the past.
