Workshop mission statement
To facilitate trainings and gather resources to strengthen the knowledge and ability of vulnerable workers and communities to best respond to disasters themselves.

To bridge gaps in information and resources; coordinate and distribute resources to community service hubs; and provide training and education to further prevent injury and illness.

Partner and Community Relationship
LOSH provides information and funding to partner organizations. Partners connect those resources to communities. The workshop identified a need to clarify LOSH’s role in this relationship.
