Hello HLC Volunteers! My name is Lisa Orloff, Founder of World Cares Center and the team lead for the Pasadena, CA deployment from June 1-June 6th. Below is the proposed schedule. I will be updating this information as we fine tune the details and the volunteers. Please reply to this BLOG with your name and a bit about yourself.
We will have a Zoom meeting prior to the deployment to meet everyone, review all materials and schedules.

I will arrive Sunday June 1
Monday June 2 I would like to meet with the team in the room we will be working in. We will arrive each day at 8 am to set up then the rotations can be as below:
Each student will be given a journal, star and markers to create their star. After each day we will add the stars to the top of the mural canvas.
Tuesday June 3:
9am-10:30am Group 1 (25 Students)
12-1:30pm Group 2 (25 Students)
Wednesday June 4:
9am-10:30am Group 1 (25 Students)
12-1:30pm Group 2 (25 Students)
Thursday June 5:
9am-10:30am Group 1 (25 Students)
12-1:30pm Group 2 (25 Students)
Friday June 6th
10am-Noon: Group comes and adds to paint/sign the mural where their stars are places. We will need the teachers to help manage the flow of students.
