  1. Name: Joy Lee
    Roofing Team:
    1. Runner: Patty- is fit and can possibly run the equipment. Would most likely be able to hide from the heat intermittently since she will not be on the roof the whole time
    2. Roofer 1: Tom has experience doing roofing jobs
    3. Roofer 2: Mary- has some experience and has been exposed to heat before
    4. Safety Officer: Louis- senior probably not great for actual work, but has worked in roofing so has some experience

    Intake:
Interviewer 1: Paul- no prior construction experience, but likes to talk to people so should be able to connect with people.
Interviewer 2: Joe – should not be working construction work since he may be tired and not focused from his late night

  2. My name is Saima Khan!
Patty: Safety Officer– she is new and not used to working in the heat, so she can help coordinate everyone and make sure everything is going well.
Tom: Roofer #1– he works in roofing and is already a worker for a construction company, so he knows what to do.
Louis: Roofer #2– he has experience roofing before, so he knows what to do as well.
Joe: Interviewer #1– he was out partying, so he will not be in the right mind capacity to be on the roofing team. He also has no experience with roofing.
Paul: Interviewer #2– he has never done roofing before and is not used to working in the heat, but he is good at talking to people so I think that he will be good at taking the survivors needs intake which requires him to talk to the survivors.
Mary: Runner– she is a landscaper so she knows what materials are needed and she can work in the heat, so she will be able to run with all the necessary tools.

    Sabrina Micallef

    team
    1.runner: patty
She is fit and can withstand the stamina, since she’s used to a colder climate, her body is not used to working out in such heat which, can cause exhaustion.
    2. roofer 1: tom
He is experienced and can help lead/guide.
    3. roofer 2: Mary
She is both fit and can work in climates, although does not have experience she can learn and help.
    4. safety: louis
He was experience and can help guide people like mary, but since he is older he may get tired quicker and is at a higher risk.

interviewer 1 and 2: Paul and joe as, they are not in the best shape to be working in intense heat and physical/mental capacity.

  4. bruhitzgabbana

    Name: Gabbana Figaro
    My roofing team:
    1. Patty, she is new but also fit enough to go back and forth, but not enough to sustain the heat.
2.Tom, it’s his job to do roofing so he’s perfect for the role.
3.Mary, has experience in this type of work
    4. Louis, because he can help them out and make sure they do it good with his experience

    Intake:
    1. Joe, he couldn’t do any of the physical work because of what’s going on mentally for him.
    2. Paul, has no experience

  5. Name: Andrew Ling
    Roofing team:
    1. Patty – runner. Patty is fit for the job and can be able to manage the equipment.
    2. Tom – Roofer 1. Has experience in the job of doing roof work
    3. Mary – Roofer 2. Can tell she works even during hot or cold weather
    4. Louis – Safety officer. Given his seniority, he seems to have experience in the job

    Intake:
interviewer 1: Joe. Can tell that he is not fit for the job even though he can talk to people
Interviewer 2: Paul. Can tell that he loves talking to people about their tasks

  6. Name: Laisa S.
    Organization: World Cares Center

    1. Runner bringing equipment to the team-Joe, he’s in good physical condition to retrieve and deliver equipment to the roofers. As long as he takes breaks and stays hydrated as he stayed out late. Patty can also work for this position because she is in good physical condition.

    2. Roofer #1-Tom, he has prior experience in roofing.

    3. Roofer #2-Mary, she has prior experience working in a field similar to roofing and in hot climates.

    4. Safety Officer-Louis, has experience in roofing but due to age and weather, I would not take the risk and have him take the position as roofer.

    Survivors Needs Intake
Interviewer #1-Patty, she does not have prior experience working as a roofer in such a hot climate. She may do better conducting interviews as she gets to know more about the area through local residents. Joe can also take this position is he is still unwell from his party.

Interview #2-Paul, he is not physically fit to work as a roofer in such a hot climate. He may do better conducting interviews as he is a social worker and enjoys talking to people.
