  1. My name is Johnnita Woods Parker. I am the Program Manager at World Cares Center. I am a Nurse Practitioner and National Healthcare Disaster Professional, with a background in family medicine I am a certified CPR, Stop the Bleed and First Aid instructor and a member of the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) and Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). I look forward to working with you throughout the Winter 2026 Cohort as we build skills, strengthen preparedness, and support resilient communities.

    My name is Michelle Fidelia, and I am currently living in Charlotte, NC. I have 8 years of experience in disaster recovery and have worked on federal projects funded by CDBG-DR, ARPA, and FEMA HMGP. I currently work as a senior project manager at iParametrics and am eager to learn more about becoming a Ready Responder.

    My name is Dirk Oswald. I am a mechanical engineer and have spent most of my professional career working as an IT Project Manager, leading large-scale supply chain initiatives. I am a member of Jersey City CERT and a founding member of ResilientJC.
    Currently, I serve as the lead and trainer for a small volunteer disaster response team in my high-rise residential building in Jersey City, supporting approximately 700 residents. I have completed various training, including STB, WFA, TECC, TCCC, FEMA-UHA, CPR/AED, PTEP, AHDR, the full CERT curriculum, and I hold both HAM (Technician K2OSW) and GMRS licenses.
    I look forward to connecting with you and learning from your experience.

    My name is Irina Ovcharenko, and I am currently an undergraduate at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am eager to learn more about becoming a Ready Responder throughout this Winter 2026 Cohort, as well as connect and work together with everyone.
