Never Forget. World Cares Center was founded during the September 11, 2001 relief effort by Lisa Orloff and her fellow spontaneous volunteers. Citizen came out of thier homes and places of work to help thier neighbors and support first responders. Some paid the ultimate price. World Cares Center put the mantra “Never Forget” into action by training and protecting Ready Responder, the citizens, volunteers, and first responders that come together to help when the worst happens. We honor the strength and spirit of our 9/11 community through this mission.
