Ready Rockaway, St John’s Hospital and World Cares Center have been partnering since Super Storm Sandy to ensure the resiliency of the Far Rockaway community. By now most of you have participated in one or more of our collaborative events, be it one of our trainings, Project Elf, The Rockaway Ready Responders Roundtable or The Ready Responders Award bestowed upon Senator Sanders and Councilman Richards, and our Boots on The Ground Exercise.
We are now calling upon you to Unite to Fight COVID-19. We will be hosting conference calls to discuss what has happened, what is happening now and what should be happening and what we can all accomplish together.The dates and times of the calls will be posted in this Blog as well as the agendas for each call and the after-action notes.
Please check into The COVID-19 Response Group and the Ready Responders Network on a daily basis. This group was created to help facilitate the conversations and keep information in one accessible place. Please check out the other blogs, tools and groups.
